For more than 12 years, this local preserve maker has focused on doing things differently. Frustrated by how much sugar is typically added to jams and spreads, they set out to create products with less sugar and more real fruit, without compromising on flavour. Their products are available in select wholesale locations and five markets across Calgary.

Handcrafted in Calgary in small batches, Catarina’s artisanal toffee combines buttery caramel with rich chocolate for a unique treat — crunchy at first bite, smooth as it melts, and always unforgettable. Using only a few simple ingredients — always gluten-free, with no preservatives or stabilizers — they deliver pure flavor crafted with care.

Inspired by a love of mustard sandwiches, this family led initiative offers a variety of prepared mustard products to enhance the flavour of food and the eating experience.

Ernest Meats
This local producer is focused on doing one thing well: making honest, flavour-packed sausages and double smoked bacon from natural, locally sourced chicken and pork from Okotoks. Everything is made close to home and sold directly to customers online and at local farmers markets, including Cambrian Heights every two weeks throughout the winter and into the summer.

Frozen Assets is a small batch, natural, classic hard-pack ice cream company offering scoops, pints, ice cream sandwiches, dipped ice cream bars, fresh fruit popsicles, ice cream & craft soda floats, and vegan and gluten free options - all served from a vintage 1970's ice cream truck, named Elsie.

Through The Soup Boler, Glen aims to share his love of soup and continue introducing new, creative dishes to his community.
